This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1965 EP release Heartbreak Hotel released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA-821 dog on side) is in EXCELLENT- condition retaining some of it's natural sheen with some visible marks/scratches but nothing too deep or drastic.(see photos)

The centre labels have NO WRITING (see photos)

This is also the RARE version with the Dog On Side.

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after in the condition it is in now (which I would say is VERY GOOD+) 

This sleeve is in nice condition for the age.

There are NO SPLITS,RIPS, TEARS or WRITING (see photos)

This would grade higher , however the whole sleeve has been completely taped to try and protect the sleeve ( why i am not sure though?)

That said , This is a really affordable addition to fill any collection until that Mint $145 record and sleeve come along.

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
