It is in very good + condition, with a few light scuffs, but would benefit from a better cleaning. The gatefold cover is very good +, and has extra fold out pages. Both original inner sleeves are present, but one was discovered after the photos were taken. this will be a nice addition to your collection. Shipping weight is 2 pounds, in a record mailer.
