AS NOTED, THIS IS AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE 1955 ISSUE OF THE LITTLE GOLDEN BOOK SPECIAL RECORD WHICH TELLS THE STORY AS THE CHILD TURNS EACH PAGE. 

WHAT MAKES THIS ONE RARE IS THAT THE STORY IS NARRATED ON A 7-INCH 45rpm RECORD BY THE FAMOUS ICONIC MOVIE STAR/SINGER, DANNY KAYE. 

INSIDE THE NEAR MINT LITTLE ALBUM IS A 22-PAGE BOOK WHICH THE CHILD CAN READ WHILE DANNY KAYE TELLS THE STORY WITH PROFESSIONAL MUSIC, NARRATION, SOUND EFFECTS, ETC. 

THE TITLE OF THE STORY & MUSIC PERFORMED IS "SNOW WHITE AND ROSE RED."  IT IS A ICONIC FAIRY TALE WITH A VERY HAPPY ENDING.  PERFECT WHOLESOME ENTERTAINMENT FOR PRE-SCHOOLS AND CHILDREN OF ALL AGES.  THE BOOKLET INSERT IS A FULL 22 PAGES OF GREAT GRAPHICS WHICH ALSO HELPS THE CHILD AS THEY READ AND LISTEN TO DANNY KAYE.

BOTH THE RECORD AND RECORD COVER WITH DANNY KAYE'S PHOTO HAVE SURVIVED EXCELLENTLY OVER THE DECADES. THE CONDITION OF THE WHOLE VERY RARE PACKAGE IS NEAR MINT. EXTREMELY COLLECTIBLE ISSUE.  IT IS SO RARE THAT IT IS THE ONLY COPY ON EBAY.
