This is a very rare Siouxsie & The Banshees 12 inch USA Promo single containing the song This Wheel's On Fire (2 different versions - 7 inch and LP versions). It was issued in the USA in a very limited pressing in 1987 by the Geffen label.
It comes in its originl exclusive Promo-only picture sleeve. Both the record and picture sleeve are in mint condition.
