This is in great shape!
The only non-perfect things are that two of the corners of the sleeve have been bumped against something (not creased, just not perfect) and there is one small mark on the vinyl. Play tested it and you can hear a tiny tic for a couple revolutions if you are really listening for it. Probably wouldn't even notice it if you weren't TRYING to notice it.
You should be able to zoom in on the pics and see how minor the corner imperfections are.
