'Soundtracks For The Blind' was the final Swans album before their temporary break up back in 1996. When the band reformed in 2010, this was the album Michael Gira referred to in order to push the group forwards. Of the record, Gira said, "This album has everything in there – all the ideas from Swans’ initial 15 years of work."
