This is an original LP from 1983 by Gary Numan, titled Warriors. The record (never played) is new and in mint condition and comes in its original picture inner sleeve with lyrics printed on one side. The outer picture cover has a little light wear in a few places at the edges, from storage, and a tiny sticker near the top (which may be removable), so is graded in near mint condition.
This is a promotional copy with a special promo insert sheet (in Dutch - because German pressings were often used in Netherlands) - see photo.
