I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges.  However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale.
Roger Waters : Radio Kaos A1/B1 1st Press + Poster
This first pressing plays beautifully with no interference.  The only 'background' is some light static on the spoken intro to S1 but the actual music on both sides is unbelievable!  So often I find this album is affected by static/crackle but not this one!  Based on the audio and its stunning visual quality this is a vinyl that has hardly been played.  Another FINAL UPGRADE album I can confidently say.
The cover is in excellent condition with not very much shelf wear and I would say the lyric inner is in very good condition.  The original poster is superb with only a couple of minor creases.

Visual grading
The vinyl is in superb condition with an immaculate jet-black glossy sheen and has no marks or scratches.  There are only a small number of very faint sleeve removal hairlines and there is only very minimal spindle wear on the labels.  This is a record that has only been very lightly played.
Play grading
The spoken intro on 'Radio Waves' has only minimal static and then as the track begins the audio is flawless.  There is no interference and the clarity and depth is hugely impressive.  The intro is Ex and the remainder Mint - the spoken end section plays perfectly.
'Who Needs Information' plays with stunning audio from the get go with just one barely audible tick on the first line.  It continues to play with sublime quality and already you can tell this album has always been very well cared for.  No scratches or scuffs on this vinyl!  This plays with stunning precision from start to finish with no interference, just a small number of dust ticks on the male voice choir section at the end.  Mint-
The quiet intro on 'Me Or Him' is faultless as is the opening vocal section including the first chorus.  From then on it plays with impeccable clarity and again there are no clicks or pops and no background static either.  A couple of dust ticks no more and again Mint- is an honest assessment of the audio.
'The Powers That Be' ends the side with sublime quality from the 'spoken' intro and then through every section.  There is no interference whatsoever - you might expect a little background on a 34 year old vinyl but that is not the case here.  I am confident in grading this as Mint it is 'as new'.

The 'spoken' intro on S2 has only the lightest of background static and 'Sunset Strip' then plays with great precision and...no interference.  Mint- overall.
'Home' keeps up this exemplary standard and plays with faultless audio from start to finish.  Again no ticks, clicks, pops or static.  Another Mint track.
'Four Minutes' also plays with phenomenal clarity with...no interference.  I only noticed a couple of dust ticks and the sonic quality is stunning.  Mint
The very quiet intro on the classic 'The Tide Is Turning' plays with stunning quality.  From then on it plays so clearly where each note is so sharp and precise.  The only background, if you can call it that, is on the final verse where I did hear a handful of light ticks but they are so quiet obviously they are not intrusive.  The 'choir' end section could not play any better and the final few grooves also play to perfection with no background.  A sublime Mint- finish to the album.
In summary this first pressing plays to a wonderful standard with basically no interference.  The only background is a little static at the start of S1 and even less at the start of S2 and this even before the music starts!  This is a FINAL UPGRADE time warp classic for sure and would impress any avid Floyd/Waters collector I am positive.  The clarity and warmth of the audio is so impressive.
The Cover, Lyric Inner & Poster
The cover is in excellent condition with only a little wear.  The edges are perfect and the spine has only a couple of minor crease lines.  The corners have only minimal wear and the opening edge is in superb shape with barely any handling wear.  The front cover is very clean although you can see a little creasing towards the lower right corner.  It still has the original K.A.O.S sticker which is still firmly attached with just one minor scuff on it.  The back cover is in lovely condition with no marking and just a tiny crease bottom right.
The lyric inner does have one very small side split on the left and a couple of edge scuffs on the right and also a little creasing on the two bottom corners.  Each side however is unmarked.  The poster is in fantastic condition with only a couple of tiny edge creases.
Play tested on my Pro-Ject Essential III Turntable // B & W 684 Speakers
This record has been professionally cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
