All LP Albums Vinyl Records for sell is a Collection of Music from one individual born in 1936. All are original copies purchased brand new when, or shortly after their release and handled only by him. So they are in very good condition except for very minimal wear related to the age of Album or Album Cover. I will mention if any Album has any major scratching or Cover damage other than that. The collection includes music mostly from the 1940's through 1970's. Some earlier, some later. There are About 5000 Albums in this Collection of Oldies, Classicals, Musicals, Showtunes, Soundtracks, Jazz, Pop, Soul, R&B, Rock & Roll, Country. And all the Greats like Marilyn Monroe, Barbra Streisand,Andrew Sisters, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan,Al Jolson, Jimi Hendrix, Aretha Franklin and so on. It will take me a while to list everything, so feel free to contact me if you have a request for a specific Artist or Album and I will check if I have it and list it.
Vinyl Grading:
Very Good+ - Records in this grade will have light sleeve marks, a very few/if any, light scratches, nothing that is deep or that can be felt. Very minimal surface noise, nothing that takes away from the music. Usually only noticeable between tracks or quieter passages.
Very Good - Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (sometimes deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
Very Good- - Records in this grade will have many more marks, scratches, will have background noise/ticks/pops, but not completely distracting. A decent copy, but probably worth upgrading at some point.
Good/Good+ - These records will definitely show wear and tear, occasional ticks/pops/skips. Background noise will be evident, not a final copy to keep in the collection, but a decent place holder. Typically only will sell on harder to find albums due to scarcity. Or for a cheap substitute.
Jacket Grading:
Near Mint - As high as I'll grade on a Jacket, it may be mint, may be close. Should looks really nice, near new, relative to the age of the album. Should show very minimal wear, nice corners, no seam/spine wear.
VG+ - Should look very nice, only faint seam/spine/ring wear. Generally won't have any splitting, should be noted in the item description if so.
VG - Should look nice as well, but slightly more pronounced seam/spine/ring wear, and possibly some splits on the seams/spine(I try to notate these), Or light water damage.
Fair/Good/Poor - These are all varying degrees of beat up. Extensive splits, wear, water damage.
