Original SCARCE 1993 Capitol Records Promo-only disc released before "Independent Worm Saloon." Only 1,500 copies pressed on 10" translucent brown vinyl. Produced by Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones. Packaged in silver mylar with a fly printed in black on one side, and the Butthole Surfers logo on the other side. Disc and sleeve are near mint. Mylar bag is torn open, VG.
