Moonshake Records Test Print Pokemon Red Blue Soundtrack by Junichi Masuda MOON005. This vinyl is extremely rare and is numbered 42/100. The art is inspired by Banksy's Flower Thrower piece. Record does have some light scratch marks on it. Album cover does have some wearing around edges and corners. I am not professionally trained in record grading but would say that it is in very good condition.

Taken from Discogs  "Test Press - 100 copies with alternate covers

Note: There were three test pressing covers (as shown in the images of this release). Two of them are hand-painted stencils with hand-colored red in the Poké Balls. The first one (70 count) is based off of the Banksy stencil art named "Rage The Flower Thrower". The second (25 count) was created to finish the final test press covers when the first stencil was destroyed during use. The second variant is based off the Banksy stencil art named "Girl With a Balloon". The third variant is a series of 5 hand drawn Pikachu-Homer covers which were all different designs. Sean Patrich Daigle (Moonshake) released a second run of these Covers in September 2018 in a numbered Edition of 150, without a record included. All Covers of both editions were hand stencilled by Sean Daigle himself."
