Comments:  This tremendous discography covers over 1600 performing violin artists who recorded between 1889 & 1971.  Thousands and thousands of entries are listed from cylinders to CDs.  Weighing 5 pounds and costing $125.00 when new, it is undoubtedly the most comprehensive work published on violin recordings.  No classical music library should be without it.
