Vinyl: Play tested at a strong VG+. I'm always leery to label any 55 year old record as near mint. This is a promo LP that was not sold to the public and was likely sent to radio stations and music stores to promote the roster of songs on the album. My assumption that it wasn't in heavy rotation at these outlets and that explains why the vinyl is still in excellent condition. 
Cover: VG. Please see the pictures in the listing. No seam splits. Tape has been applied in places, there's writing on the back. The corners aren't sharp. There's self-wear. It's still sturdy however.
Inner Sleeve. See Picture in listing. It's the standard white inner that hasn't survived the years all that well.
