Vinyl Condition is VG odd small light hairline surface marks when held in a strong light, side 4 track one has some light crackle due to a few small marks but doesn’t over power the music at all, overall it plays nicely and not far from VG+ condition, conservatively graded
Sleeve Condition is VG has a small rip mark near the open of the rear cover as seen in photos, still in original shrinkwrap and apart from the small rip NM condition all over
Inner Condition is VG+ with no rips or tears
