Napoleon Hill's THINK & GROW RICH narrated by  Earl Nightingale 1961 Success Motivation Institute, Inc SMI 1313 Vinyl: VG++ the whole Lp was play graded. A small light scratch near the start of side 2 cause  a few light clicks. Sleeve: VG+ there is a 1"ish rip in the very center of the open LP (see in pictures) Booklet/ "Complete script" booklet EX+ I switched out the generic sleeve for an audiophile sleeve

VG- A very worn record that plays through without repeating or has a skip that loses more than a couple of notes/words.
