This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1971 release of The Sound Of Your Cry / It's Only Love released in the USA.

The record itself (48-1017 on orange label) is in EXCELLENT condition retaining a lot of it's natural sheen with MINIMAL visible marks/scratches but nothing deep.

The labels have NO WRITING.

THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTY!!!!

This was the ONLY Elvis release issued with the 48 prefix!

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $30 in the condition it is in now (which I would say is EXCELLENT -) for the  sleeve alone!!!

Although this sleeve is 52 years old there are NO SPLITS, RIPS, TEARS or WRITING (see photos)

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear / creases (see photos)

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $45 (£36 approx.) 

I don't have a current price guide but i would say at least £38.

With a starting price at under half that you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
