I AM CALLING THE VINYL EXCELLENT CONDITION. THERE ARE A COUPLE VERY LITTLE SCUFFS ON THE VINYL  IT LOOKS GREAT 
THE JACKET IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION NO SPLITS, VERY LIGHT WEAR 
THERE ARE NO CUT OUT HOLES, NOTCHES OR CUT OFF CORNERS
