Hi! You're looking at a oustanding 1963 vinyl LP on the Impulse! Records label and a wonderful September 4, 1963 jazz recording by longtime Duke Ellington Orchestra tenor saxophonist PAUL GONSALVES titled "Tell it the Way it is!"--the recording features ROLF ERICSON on trumpet, RAY NANCE on trumpet and violin, JOHNNY HODGES on alto saxophone, WALTER BISHOP on piano, ERNIE SHEPARD on bass, and OSIE JOHNSON on drums. The LP is a 1974 Impulse! Records issue with the serial number A-55, is a Stereo recording and was made in the United States.
This LP is in outstanding condition and the vinyl is in NEAR MINT- (Ex) condition and plays beautifully, with several moderate scuffs (one which can be felt slightly) which did NOT affect sound on a spot check and just a few light paper scuffs otherwise but no other significant imperfections; the cover is also in NM- condition with a couple of tiny thumb creases on the left center edge of the back cover, slight dings on the tips and just very light shelfwear otherwise but NO other significant imperfections--it's NOT a cutout!  The original Impulse! ABC inner sleeve is also included with a small split on the lower center edge and just light handling wear otherwise.

Please Note:  I CAN ship records outside of the United States but will need to get a weight estimate based on the final PACKAGED weight for this record--I cannot ship for the $4.00 U.S. Media Rate and the quoted International Shipping Rate may differ from the final shipping rate due to packaged weight differences so please wait to make payment until a final invoice is received. Thanks!
Vinyl Grading Standards (unless otherwise indicated, LPs are visually graded)

Mint (or M) – Sealed and effectively perfect with no signs of wear or ever having been played.

Near Mint -- A record with only the slightest evidence of ever having been handled.

Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) A very clean record that has no marks aside from slight scuffs and abrasions caused by removal from a paper inner sleeve or perhaps a few marks on the label caused by a turntable spindle.

Very Good Plus (VG+) A record that has had a number of plays and may have some superficial scuffs, possibly mild to moderate spindle marks and / or possibly hairline scratches on the vinyl, which may produce some intermittent pops and possibly very light background noise.

Very Good (VG) A record that has generally been well cared for, but has seen a fair amount of play, with some scuffing. hairline scratches, spindle marks and / or light scratches.  Should play through well, with the possibility of more pops and more background noise.

Very Good Minus (VG-)  A record with significant scuffs, scratches, and spindle marks that should play through with moderate pops and surface noise, possibly of some duration.

Good (G) A record with will play through, but with significant pops, substantial background noise, and possibly intermittent skipping.

Poor (P) A record with MAJOR issues that will interfere with play, and will possibly be unplayable in part due to damage (I'll only offer an LP in this condition if it's an extreme rarity and / or for cover art display purposes).

A fantastic find, and a beautiful copy of this vinyl LP!
