1ST 1962 SONNY ROLLINS Quartet WHAT'S NEW UK STEREO RCA JAZZ LP Deep Groove silver spot first type labels with best 1E1E stampers, meaning it was mastered by the excellent Stan Goodall in the Decca New Malden sound laboratory in the golden age of Stereo valve pressings. Sonny and Jim Hall pretty much get most of a channel each, with the Bass and (kit or Bongo) drums more central to the soundstage. A treat of a session, and plenty of Caribbean influences to the themes. Lovely clean example of this classic. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
