Queen : Live Killers Red / Green Vinyl (Japan Elektra) 1979
This double album plays to a superb standard with barely any intrusion on the audio.  There are just a handful of quiet dull click sounds on 'Brighton Rock' for 4/5 seconds on S3 and nothing else!  All other tracks play with perfect clarity and the power and depth of the audio is stunning and there is no background static either.  Pressed on bright translucent red and green vinyl both records are visually stunning.
The gatefold is one of the finest I have seen and the wraparound Obi is also in excellent condition.  The 4 page lyric insert with Japanese text is 'as new' and the original inners have only the bare minimum of light creasing.  A stunning 'package' all round.

Visual description
The vinyls are in lovely condition and still have a stunning translucent glossy sheen to them.  There are no scratches and I can only find one small hairline mark on S3 and a couple of other faint hairlines.  They really are visually stunning!  The run out grooves are very clean and the labels are also in perfect order with no marking or spindle wear.
Play grading
For once I will not give a detailed description of each track but of course my usual standards still apply as I will listen to every track in full and grade accordingly.
S1 plays with stunning quality from start to finish.  There are a handful of mega light static ticks on the audience intro on the fast version of 'We Will Rock You' which then plays 'as new' with supreme power and depth.  Every section plays with exceptional clarity and even the quieter passages such as during 'Killer Queen' play with sublime clarity.  The 'psychedelic' section during 'Get Down Make Love' is superb!  I will grade the opening track as Mint- and the remainder as Mint such is the quality.
S2 begins with a fantastic version of 'Now I'm Here' and the 'singalong' with the audience is faultless.  I've always thought this live album shows off Freddie's vocals more than any other and on such a clean vinyl like this that is exemplified.  The quiet tracks 'Dreamers Ball' and 'Love Of My Life' play beautifully with no intrusion.  Again all tracks play to perfection and the final one 'Keep Yourself Alive' is no exception.  This side is Mint all the way.

'Don't Stop Me Now' on S3 is 'as new' with no background of any kind not even a solitary dust tick.  It is a much heavier version than we are accustomed to!  'Spread Your Wings' is of the same high end standard and 'Brighton Rock' then plays with stunning audio with only minimal interference for 4/5 seconds.  Roger's long solo is faultless and there are just five very quiet dull ticks / clicks during the next quieter solo from Brian.  The remainder plays with sublime quality and Brian's work here is phenomenal!  I will grade this classic version as Ex+ but as you can see the vast majority is much better than that!  The first two tracks are Mint in every way.
S4 concludes the album with incredible sonic quality throughout.  The all time classic 'Bohemian Rhapsody' could not play with any greater precision and the other tracks are equally as good.  'We Will Rock You' and 'We Are The Champions' absolutely stunning!  The entire side grades as Mint there are no negatives.
In summary this very collectable album plays with genuine quality across all four sides with barely any intrusion.  The minor interference on 'Brighton Rock' aside you cannot fault the rest of the album.  The clarity, depth, power and resonance of the audio is incredible.  I grade with honesty as my feedback confirms and as always I have played every track in full.  It would be difficult to find a better version than this one.
The Gatefold, 4 page Lyric Insert & Inner Sleeves
The cover is in superb condition with no obvious wear at all and is as close to perfect that you will find.  The edges are so clean with only a couple of tiny rubs and the wide spine is superb with just the usual 'line' running down the centre caused by opening the gatefold and one mega small rub on the bottom corner.  All other corners are perfect and the opening edges are pristine.  The front and back cover have that 'as new' quality and the inside of the gatefold is unmarked also.  The 'wraparound' Obi is very clean with only a handful of very small faint marks on the inside and one minor 2cm split at the bottom which I did not not even notice at first.  A superb example overall.
The 'lyric insert' is in perfect condition and the red and green inners are not far from that with only minimal light creasing.
Play tested on my Rega P2 Turntable / Denon PMA-520AE Amp / B&W 684 Speakers
The records have been professionally cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
