"Supreme Psychedelic Underground"....

It's time to have a clear out..I have about 40 interesting and elusive albums to list,so keep having a look!.I can combine post.
A steaming slab of 60's psych with great guitar and keyboards,thundering bass lines,great drumming,stoned vocals and sound affects.
Largely overlooked at the time because of the label..(Marble Arch being better known for being a mainstream label with horrible "Hits" albums performed by session men....What this is doing on the label heaven knows)....For many years,there have been guesses as to who the perfomers actually were..I have heard Spooky Tooth suggested and Pink Floyd(!)...Discogs seem certain that they were a German Band called the German Bonds (Who?)...To my mind it's Deep Purple Mark 1..(The Organ/Guitar interplay can only be Lord/Blackmore!)...I can hear parts of "Hush" one of the tracks and a couple of other tracks sound a bit like demos for other Deep Purple tracks...
Anyway,whoever they were,they created a monster psych album that was never re issued on vinyl in the UK..(German re issues do exist)..
Issued by Marble Arch in 1969..MALS 11696 in a front laminated G+L sleeve with pinched spine ends and full flipbacks...Marble Arch was a subsidiary of Pye,so the pressing is top quality....
Both sides of the record play perfectly with no clicks,pops and absolute minimal surface noise..No clicks/pops or edge warps...Strong light reveals a few light hairlines or scuffs but there are no major defects likely to cause audio problems...(Played on a Sure cartridge at 2G)..
The labels are undamaged...There is some spindle wear but it's not excessive..
The sleeve has  a few issues...Some laminate creases to the front...Worn corners..Slight age yellowing/grubbiness to the back which also has a few black ink splashes..All the text on the spine is legible..It's just showing it's age a bit!!..
