I am having a mini clear out of stuff I no longer need..So have a look at my other items...I can combine post..
Their third album..Stoned off key vocals,some female backing vocals (equally stoned),loads of exotic stringed instuments,bongoes,tablas..Quite bonkers!..
This is the harder to find stereo copy...It has NO Lyric insert..
Issued on Elektra in 1968..EUKS 7258...UK pressing in a fully laminated sleeve..It's a first UK pressing with the picture of Heron and Williamson as the front (later pressings show the back picture as the front)..This also has "Warlock" as the publishing credits (Joe Boyd's publishing company)...Other issues (also from 1968) have "Paradox" as the publisher..
Both sides of the record play perfectly..I noted no clicks,pops or other audio defects..It's got a big fat loud sound as well!..NO edge warps either...Visually,there are a couple of very light scuffs(nothing serious or likely to affect the sound)..Both sides still have a nice sheen as well.. If that's not EX,I dont know what is!..Played on a JVC deck with a Sure cartridge at 2G..
The labels (slightly textured) are undamaged (a few light age spots is all)...There is some spindle wear but it's not excessive...
The sleeve has only a few minor defects...Slight laminate lift along both spine edges..A small laminate crease on the back (top left).The vaguest hint of ringwear and slightly rounded corners...The bottom of the spine has had a bump....All the text on the spine is clearly legible.....No problems grading the sleeve as EX!...
