This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1957 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY in Jailhouse Rock released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA- 4114 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD condition with some marks/scratches (none too deep) and retains some of it's natural sheen.

The centre labels have NO WRITING (see photos). 

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $30 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 66 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.

There are NO RIPS or TEARS.(see photos)

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is ringwear / scuffs and a discolouration , partial seam splits and a name written on the rear ( see photos)

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $40 (£30 approx) .

I don't have a current price guide but i would say at least £32.

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
