Housed in a VHS style clamshell case, comes with Japanese OBI and stickers. A clear/reddish tape, only 100 copies were made. Never played, Mint, opened just to take photos. In doing so, the re-sealable flap came off from the bag, but the bag is still here with the 'HORROR' sticker on it. Free shipping in the states.
