CONDITION EX-

Vinyl is clean and bright with a number of light marks and off centre label. Plays well with light background crackles throughout and an occasional pop - A plays better - no skips or jumps. (NOTE: I use a vintage Technics deck with a 0.5 weight on the arm and more sensitive equipment might pick up more issues) Labels are blank, written on. Plain paper sleeve. See photos.

This record comes from the collection of the late Michael de Koningh - reggae historian, regular contributor to Record Collector magazine, and co-author of “Young, Gifted and Black - The Story of Trojan Records” and “Tighten Up - The History of Reggae in the UK”.

*** GRADING ***

I grade visually under a daylight lamp so my grading may be harsher than some and I listen to samples of the record through headphones, picking up light background crackles that may not be obvious through speakers. I use an excellent vintage DJ turntable and stylus and a slight weight on the arm.

My gradings are from M-Mint to G-Good. I rarely grade M unless the item is sealed.

*** COMBINED POSTAGE ***

I invoice on Monday evenings and will combine postage for multiple items. If you’d like to pay sooner, just request an invoice and I will alter the postage costs for you.

***POSTAGE AND PACKING***

Please pay within 3 days of the end of the auction or let me know if you are bidding on another item.

I aim to send your item to you within 3 working days of payment. Sometimes circumstances prevent this, but I will try to let you know.

I use Tracked or International Tracked and Signed. I don’t send items without tracking.

I use professional packaging and board stiffeners for protection. I separate disc from cover for LPs/picture sleeves. I tape your item up well to avoid split seams on packaging so please open your package with extreme care.
