The inner sleeves do have a tear on one side from what I can see. The packaging is kind of loose so I would expect most of them are like this one. Since the item is sealed I can’t verify the condition of the items inside. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO RETURNS ON SEALED ITEMS!
