The quality of the vinyl is checked visually only.
There is a tear on the spine of the jacket.
There is light warping, or multiple and extensive scratches, stains, dirt, tears, discoloration, or mildew that are noticeable.

Shipping is by Japan Post (no tracking). Usually takes 10 to 30 days to arrive.
If your item does not arrive on time, please do not open the case.
Please contact me first. (I cannot help you at all if the case is opened.)

Policy

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. If you refuse to pay customs duties, we cannot refund the product cost.

Shipping

Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order. Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. If your address is in the remote areas defined by the freight (shipping) company, please pay the additional shipping fees with PayPal.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description.
If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. If you would like to request a return due to damage, malfunction, loss, or any other reason, please contact the store before opening the case.
