This is an unplayed, new 12 inch USA PROMOTIONAL-ONLY single by ELO showcasing the songs Twilight and Julie Don't Live Here (which remained unreleased on any album until 2001).
It was issued in the USA in 1981 in a very limited Promo edition only. This unique item was never available to the public, nor sold in stores.
At the time of listing, this is the only copy for sale online.
The vinyl record (never played) is new, in mint condition.
