Outer jacket has no seam splits, tears, punch holes or cut corners. Name written in small handwriting on back. Concert program cover appears to be taped to the front jacket. Newsprint article about the concert is taped to the back. Record has been cleaned and appears VG+ under direct sunlight with rare superficial markings visible. Record spot plays clean and clear
