Payment: We accept payment by major credit cards & e-checks through Paypal.

Payment must be received within seven days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Shipping Address: For PayPal payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include your shipping address in this section correctly. Please do not include a second shipping address in the notes section during payment as it will be disregarded.

Shipping Notification & Tracking: An e-mail with tracking information will be sent to your eBay e-mail address upon item is shipped out. Please contact us to verify the status of your transaction.

Shipping & Handling: Products will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Domestic: We ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but please see listing details for which service is used for that product.

International: We ship by USPS Priority International Mail. If buyer wants this to be shipped by USPS First Class International Mail, there will be an additional fee of $11.50 for mail certification. There has been an increase in international mail fraud so I have

no other choice to send packages with certification which can be tracked internationally. Please confirm shipping with us.

Priority Mail International 6 - 10 business days

Express Mail International 3 - 5 business days

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products.

Return Policy: We will NOT refund or exchange any sealed product once it has been opened. If the product is defective, please return it for a replacement. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item

to you. The original Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
