Record is a very good plus. Has a couple of very light surface marks none of which affect play.
Sleeve is in very good condition. Has some edge wear and a very small surface tear on the top right-hand side (just above the W on the word ROW.) Otherwise is fully intact and looks pretty good.
Inner sleeve is in very good condition plus condition.
