Side one has marks in two places, these are superficial and do not affect play or sound quality (see photos)
Side 2 is very good +
Inner has some wear & tear, again see photos
Cutout sheet is near mint
Sleeve is generally very good with some creasing and edge wear at corners
Spine is intact but a bit grubby
