The records are from a private collection they were kept in very good condition. I am not an expert on grading. They all were stored safely in their albums. I will be listing hundreds of these albums Free local pick up in East Toronto can be arranged for multiple items if buyer prefers. Many of the album organizers are 80 to 100 years old condition reflects this showing appropriate wear but albums were cherished by collector and well taken care of. Please see pics for song titles look carefully at labels as I am going by the deceased owners description and organizing titles
