Very good condition. Album shows wear, shelf wear and rubs. Minor tearing. Some interior sleeve tearing etc. But a firm album. The records are very good or better. V+. They show some visible surface wear, scratches, scuffs and rubs. Some edge wear, minor chipping to edges here and there. Audible surface noise, hiss clicks and ticks. The occasional pop. I played all 8 sides and cleaned them. They play well. A deep clean may improve them a bit.
