White vinyl issue in full-colour glossy, envelope-style picture sleeve, NO barcode on front with barcode & image of Madonna on back. Also includes a single-sided lyric/liner notes insert and 4-page monochrome record company survey reply card with image of Madonna & mini-discography, 'best sellers' advert, and 2 pages of survey questions.
