24-page booklet included. Disc 1 has a few scuffs and the first side. All the other records are in near mint condition. Stored in audiophile inner sleeves. The outer box has issue. There is a hairline mark across the front of the box, a seam split at the top back and paper loss at the back right corner. Due to the issues of the outer box, the rare & out of print box set is priced accordingly.
