Cover and sleeve both included. The inner sleeve has separated on one side and has a bit of writing under a couple of songs. The outer sleeve is in better shape with just the expected edge and corner wear youd see on an album this old. Album itselfcis in good condition with minimal wear, a minor scratch here ir there but nothing of serious note.
