DIRE STRAITS "Brothers In Arms" rare PROMO QUIEX II Edition Audiophile LP from 1985 (WARNER BROTHERS 25264). The QUIEX II pressing was a PROMOTIONAL ONLY item. Has PROMO and QUIEX II stickers on sleeve. MASTERDISK RL in the dead wax (mastered by BOB LUDWIG). The record is of highest quality virgin vinyl and is translucent when held against a light source (similar to MFSL LPs). One of the most desirable QUIEX II releases due to the amazing production/sonics. Most definitely the best sounding edition of this album. Comes with original innersleeve. Featuring the classics: So far away. Money for nothing, Brothers in arms, etc. Sleeve has a slight crease top left corner otherwise EX. Record has a spindle scuff mark that goes across the last three tracks on Side One which has minimal effect only on last track (soft click sound for some passages) otherwise would have been VG+.
