Cover still in shrink. EX++/near mint. Labels are clean - near mint one side /ex++ the other due to 2/3 tiny spots of age browning. Vinyl is near mint. Address on back of cover is 43 West, 61st New York - see picture. Van Gelder is machine stamped in dead wax. Vinyl is near mint 2/3 careful plays. Original inner is ex - with a tiny slit to the side that can be repaired
