Question: Who is Caspar and Mollusk?
Answer: Caspar and Mollüsk is a 7" vinyl EP made by Chris Ballew of The Presidents of the United States of America (Caspar) and Beck (Mollüsk). It was released by Cosmic Records in 1995.
Question: Where did you get this record?
Answer: Amoeba records (Los Angeles) about 12 years ago.
Question: Does it come with a C.O.A. for the Beck autograph?
Answer: No, it did not come with one and it's most unlikely that it would ... it's doubtful that Beck carried c.o.a.'s around with him and also doubtful that there is some autograph expert out there, who could scrutinize this like you would find for a JFK or Elvis autograph.
You'll have to trust authenticity on this.
It's legit and was one of the expensive records up on the wall (where they have to get a ladder out to reach it.)
Question: So, all in all, this is a rare old release ~ small/limited pressing ~ that was also signed by Beck and it probably only one of a few signed ones in existence. Correct?
