Produced by Brad Wood (Liz Phair, Smashing Pumpkins, Placebo), American Thighs (#1 Billboard Heatseekers, #69 Billboard Top 200, #47 UK) launched the singles "Seether" (#6 Australia, #8 US, #61 UK), "Number One Blind (#20 US, #68 UK), and "Victorla" (#110 UK). The album’s success also brought over 500,000 in sales (RIAA Gold), making American Thighs a ‘90s classic (#8 Spin Magazine, #21 Rolling Stone). Veruca Salt have recently reformed with all four original members (Nina Gordon, Louise Post, Jim Shapiro, Steve Lack) and their recent Record Store Day 10" vinyl containing "Seether", instantly sold out out and charted.
