Description

This is an auction for  a  Book  and Vinyl record.  The Book that lives: it talks, it sings!  Little Black Sambo Dramatic Story and Lyrics by   by Madge Tucker The Lady Next Door, Music by Molly Donaldson.  The edge of the book has a slight  tear as shown in my many photos,   It is from 1941   Musette Publisher.   There is a story a record and music.  It is being sold as is because I don't have a record player to test the  record.   73 years old.  I got this from the original owner who had it since he was a boy.  I have several to list. Slight musty smell.

If you can not leave me 5 star feedback PLEASE contact me BEFORE you leave it and tell me why.  I strive for all five stars and would rather know what is wrong to perhaps deal with it rather than get a one with no explanation.  I thank you for the time it takes to do this.  I will leave you positive feedback immediately upon payment.

SHIPPING NOTES

USPS RATES RISE AGAIN !!!!!!!!

ALSO just an FYI for non sellers.  eBay charges us a FEE  on our shipping charges. So if I mail your pkg in a flat rate envelope which is $5.95 they charge me .60 cents fee for that charge. SO if I charge you $6.65 I am NOT making a penny on the shipping just charging you what I pay.  Many leave me 4 ratings on my shipping yet I am just charging you exactly what I pay and in many cases LESS than I have to pay. Plus every package gets TRACKING  which is now $1.05 .And Insurance up to $100 on every package which at the post office base cost is $2.05!   Someone recently gave me a 1 on my shipping charges.  I don't know what else to do but hike all my prices and offer free shipping and then no one can dispute the charge as it would be hidden.  I like to give my  buyers a fair chance to see the shipping fee and contact me before a bid is placed and discuss anything about a purchase before the bid..  I think some buyers out there think that you can still ship a package that weighs 3 pounds for $2.00 and it includes insurance etc....  NOT.  Please understand shipping is not  cheap any longer.  And with the 10% of the charge tacked onto our eBay charge.... We can't get a break.

     Item as Described

I try to accurately describe my items as well as I can. In the case of used items, I try to provide as many pictures as I can especially if there are any flaws or defects present. However I am human and I may miss something now and then. I also never assume that a customer researches the product before hand so I always try to provide as much information about the product as I can.

Communication

I understand the importance of speedy communication, therefore I try to answer all questions as fast as possible usually within 24 hours if not within a matter of hours.

Shipping time.

I will sometime give my  customer a choice of parcel post but only if  the package is heavy and or large.  BUT I hate to ship anything this way as it's been taking 3 weeks to be delivered.  Priority mail is usually 3-4 days but can be more expensive. I do look at zip, box size etc before I send out your bill to make sure I am shipping the most economical Priority Mail I can. With all the different flat rate boxes and envelopes now I try to use them if cheaper to help as well.  If you are given the option to  choose I ship packages on the same or next business day. The postal service is responsible for speed of delivery after that.
