5 BUDDY HOLLY L.P.s - some tracks credited to THE CRICKETS.

THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY, Coral LVA 9105, 1959.
- contains 12 hit singles, (2 of which were B-sides - Raining In My Heart,
& Everyday), Early In The Morning, Peggy Sue, Maybe Baby, Rave On,
That'll Be The Day, Heartbeat, Think It Over, Oh Boy, It's So Easy,
  It Doesn't Matter Anymore.
GREATEST HITS, Coral CP 8, 1970?

Sort of re-working of the above 12 tracks, but with three differences :
add Listen To Me, Not Fade Away and True Love Ways, (delete Raining
In My Heart, Early In The Morning and Heartbeat).
GREATEST HITS, Ace of Hearts AH 148, 1967.
The same 12 tracks as CP 8 :  This Ace of Hearts LP was only available
for a short time because Brunswick and Coral were superseded in
Britain by M.C.A. and everything got re-issued and re-packaged.
THAT'LL BE THE DAY, Ace of Hearts AH 3, 1963.

11 tracks :  That'll Be The Day, Love Me, I'm Changing All Those Changes,
Don't Come Back Knockin', Midnight Shift*, You Are My One Desire, Modern
Don Juan, Blue Days Black Nights, Rock Around With Ollie Vee*, Girl On My
Mind, Ting-A-Ling.  These are from 1956 sessions so That'll Be The Day is
an earlier recording than the hit single.  After Holly's death in 1959 two of
these were issued as a single on Brunswick (marked *).
REMINISCING, Coral LVA 9212, 1963.

11 tracks : Reminiscing, Slipping And Sliding, Bo Diddley, Wait Till The Sun
Shines Nellie, Baby Won't You Come Out Tonight, Brown Eyed Handsome
Man, Because I Love You, It's Not My Fault, I'm Gonna Set My Foot Down,
Changing All Those Changes, Rock-A-Bye Rock.  Seven of these tracks
were issued as singles about 1962-63 from previously unissued and some
unfinished tapes.  (Surprised that Wishing isn't amongst them, which Holly
apparently recorded as a demo for the Everly Brothers.)
All mono, thankfully.

Some of the sleeves are scruffy, the discs are all visually in good
playing condition except "Story" which looks scruffy but not badly
scratched so should play well enough - needs a good clean with a
damp cloth.  N
one are play-tested - in case of any dissatisfaction
