I don't claim to know enough to rate an album like a pro but I would have to say, in my amateur opinion, the jacket cover and sleeve are VG+ and the vinyl is EX.  Vinyl has a nice sheen and I see no evidence of blemishing.  Please NOTE I no longer own a turntable so I cannot play it.  I can only rely on what I see.  This was given to me as a gift in the early 1980s, I don't recall the exact time. 

I have owned this copy 30 years.  It saw VERY MINIMAL number of plays and has sat unplayed upright in climate controlled space since the 1980s.
