This is a rare (possibly uniquely surviving) studio acetate for Ral Donner's 1974 pop ballad single on the Chicago Fire label, Wedding Song / Godfather, Per Me  (later issued with a different b-side on Mid-Eagle, in conjunction with use of The Wedding Song in the film Lords of Flatbush).

It comes from the estate of the arranger and conductor for the single, Chicago-based musician James Mack. The label has the printed logo and address for the studio, Universal Recording Corp., and typewritten credits for the tracks:

Wedding Song  3:09
Godfather Impressions  4:08

The title and timing are the same as the released version for Wedding Song; the b-side has a slightly different title and a much longer running time listed.

The record plays great, with slight surface noise audible that is likely to gradually increase with further plays. Acetate discs were dubs cut for reference use immediately after a session took place, and not meant to stand up to many repeated plays like a vinyl record.
