Payment: Payment is expected within 10 days of purchase.

Shipping:

We are generally able to ship within 1 business day. If we do not respond to you within that period of time, please check to see if we have put up a closed notice.

We charge actual estimated shipping plus a $2 handling fee. That fee covers expenses such as delivery confirmation, tape, boxes, envelopes, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. At times it also covers actual shipping costs when actual shipping costs are more than anticipated. In some cases handling fees may be more because we have to travel to Kansas City to get to the bus station to ship via Greyhound or because packaging requires more expensive materials such a corner boards or hardboard.

Please use the shipping calculator before bidding or purchasing an item. That way there are no surprises.

Combined Shipping:

We are happy to try to combine shipping when you purchase items from two or more listings from us. Sometimes items can't be safely combined (one item will damage the other) or the combination bumps your shipping costs into "oversize" or "irregular packaging" that costs more when we purchase shipping from a carrier. We are happy to work with you on this. When you purchase items from three or more listings please wait for an invoice before you pay...you will generally see a savings.

Returns/Refunds: Returns must be made within 14 days following receipt of the item. Refunds are for merchandise only and do not include shipping or handling costs.

Feedback:

We believe that the sale is not complete until you have received your item and are satisfied. Please contact us with any concerns so we can try to rectify the situation rather than give us a neutral or negative without that opportunity.

We welcome our international buyers. Please, however, do not ask us to falsify customs documents in any way. International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such actions.
