This is a great album from the creative engine behind Weather Report & Miles Davis electric years guest starring everyone from Wayne Shorter & Herbie Hancock to Miroslav Vitous. The sleeve is US printed with the UK catalogue number sticker & Miles quote on the back. The sleeve shows only a bit of faint wear to the laminate & the vinyl is Excellent with minimal play K40349)

TRACKLISTING: Opening with Doctor Honoris Causa dedicated to Herbie Hancock for his Honorary Doctorate at Grinnell University Zawinul doubles up with Herbie on the keys [with Woody Shaw on trumpet] to create an impressionistic sound painting a work that in its way compliments Miles In A Silent Way recorded a year before - Zawinul expands on that very number on side 1 and with tape-speed manipulation and Echoplex devices deployed to vast effect across the whole of the LP he produces a rich and adventurous affair worthy of the attention of any serious jazz-rock fan.
