LP -  Mushroomhead - "Remix"  (Label?  Mushroomhead 1996  ?) This is a limited edition according to the label and it comes with a black plastic sleeve or bag with the Mushroomhead name on it.  It is on a very light GRAY marbled vinyl.  "Mad As Hell" and 106126 are etched in the dead wax on Side X.  Side Y has only 106127 etched in the dead wax.  It also comes with a poster.  Please take a look at the pictures for details of this LP.  The vinyl, cover, poster and black plastic sleeve are all in M- condition. 

I have listed on Ebay a bunch of records on Youngstown, Ohio area labels and by Youngstown, Ohio area artists as well as ones from other areas in Ohio.   Please check out the other Youngstown area & Ohio items that I have on Ebay at this time. 

Postage in the U.S. is $4.00.  I will combine multiple items to save on postage - each additional LP will cost an extra 50 cents ($4.50 total for two, $5.00 total for three).  All payments must be by PayPal.
