The record has extremely minimal light surface marks and extremely mimimal light paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks). Both labels are clean and have extremely minimal spindle marks. The record grades excellent plus condition.
The sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear(slightly more on the bottom edge). Extremely minimal corner wear. Minimal ring wear/rubbing marks(see picture). No splits. No tears. The cover grades excellent condition.
