Hello, I'm Jeff. eBay store ~ Sleevie Wonder I sell a lot of used vintage vinyl, tapes, and cd's.  I also specialize in storage and media accessories. 2mil, 3mil, 4mil, and 6mil poly outer sleeves. Frosted, round bottom, polylined, and a variety of paper inner sleeves. Also, ABC index divider cards, mailers, and stackable storage. Hey now!
In the beginning... I tediously inspect records before I list them. But, instead of specifying a grade in the listing, i'm "approving" the piece for sale. I like 'em looking as new as possible and I assume that you do too! Message me for a grade if you must. 
Used vinyl records here aren't scratched. The majority are near mint or excellent. A few faint brush marks separates NM from the lower grade of EX.
VG+ is for sale too but only about 15-20% of my listings are in that condition. VG+ is a grade below excellent but only by a few more small brush marks. Nothing you could feel with your fingertips!
Drop down another grade to VG. It's the worse condition I'll offer. Maybe 1-3% are VG. Look for (VG) in the title bar. Beyond VG, like VG- or G+ is way too beat up and I don't offer it.
Assume 12" jackets have slightly more wear than shown in pic. 45rpm pics are not showing their better side label. Used cassettes include brand new cases. Vinyl orders usually include some new inner or outer sleeves.
